1. Shipping Classifications & Payment Structure
To offer optimal security and reliability across Pakistan, our dispatch protocols are categorized based on consignment thresholds:
Logistics Channel: Dispatched via Registered Goods Transport Cargo / Heavy Freight Trucking Service. Fully tracked via a unique Lorry Receipt (Bilti) number.
Terms: 100% Advance Payment required prior to freight terminal booking. Standard Cargo rules applied.
Logistics Channel: Routed through local passenger transport networks (Travelling Vans, buses, and public transport coaches). Hand-delivered directly to the vehicle operators.
Terms: 100% Advance Payment required before dispatch. Terminal booking info shared instantly
Logistics Channel: Handled via premium third-party courier networks (TCS, Leopard, M&P) directly to your doorstep.
Terms: Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) available. 50% advance commitment payment via Bank Transfer; remaining 50% paid as cash at your doorstep.
2. Detailed Shipping Operational Procedures
A. Bulk Logistics via Goods Transport (Bilti System).
For heavy shipments such as full structural brass configurations or Complete Bathroom Sets, transit safety is paramount. These shipments are dispatched exclusively from our manufacturing facility via recognized heavy cargo providers. Upon successful handover to the transport office, we will instantly share the official Lorry Receipt (Bilti) number and the cargo company’s contact numbers. This enables real-time tracking of the heavy carrier’s arrival at your regional city station hub.
B. Expedited Transit via Local Transport Networks.
When time is of the essence, any parcel variant can be routed through local intra-city and inter-provincial high-speed networks, including commercial Travelling Vans, buses, and public transport coaches. Your package is hand-booked directly to the verified bus driver. We will promptly forward detailed driver credentials, the cellular vehicle contact number, and the estimated arrival schedules so you can safely retrieve your luxury Sanitary Fittings at your local terminal junction.
C. Cash on Delivery (COD) for Retail Shipments (≤ 5kg).
To eliminate consumer risk, packages weighing equal to or less than 5kg qualify for our premium Cash on Delivery payment plan. We appreciate that inspecting design finishes before full settlement creates profound peace of mind. Under this mechanism, the customer makes a Half (50%) payment as an initial booking guarantee, and the Remaining half (50%) payment is processed safely as cash collected at your doorstep upon arrival.
MANDATORY PROVISION REGARDING SERVICE CHARGES: All administrative service charges, transport taxes, courier bills, terminal loading duties, and local freight fees levied by third-party transport operators, goods transit companies, or national couriers are strictly to be bored by the customer. These operational freight expenses are entirely external to the base manufacturing prices of SaniTecH Sanitary Fittings.
3. Delivery Timelines & Dispatch Rules
- Dispatch Windows: Approved orders process within 24 to 48 hours directly from our production floor in Gujranwala.
- Standard Shipping Windows: Courier operations usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Heavy goods transport cargo routes vary from 3 to 7 business days depending on transit paths across Pakistan.
- Consignment Inspection: Customers using the 5kg partial COD option must verify outer packaging integrity upon receipt before completing final ledger clearance with the courier representative.
